2007 Silverado Hd 6.0 6-speed tranny gear ratio ????

Default 2007 Silverado Hd 6.0 6-speed tranny gear ratio ????

Trying to figure out what gear ratio. Going 65 its turning 2000-2100 rpm. 3.73 or 4.10

Doesn't it say on the sticker in the glove box? Can always write down your VIN # and look it up online and get the whole build sheet which will also tell you

Check the glove box. GT4= 3.73 and GT5= 4.10. It's higher than what my old 09 used to run at the same speed so I would venture to say 4.10.

Thanks for info. So how do you like the 6-speed auto. Its the first auto I have own and not impressed. It seem slow to reacted and never in the right gear.

Look at my signature..... it's accurate. I don't drive a 2005 because of financial restraint.
