so im getting a 6.0 with 32 k on it guy says its cleanest he can find. gona try to convince him some how to start the 90day warenty like mid dec. cause it wont be in the truck till then. so im thinking about a 224 cam or a torquer cam? also should i do some injectors or not?

also i was curious if its easier to put the headers on while the motor was in the truck or install the headers on the motor then put it in the truck???? an should i get a little bit bigger injectors?

yes get some 42lb injectors

yes it's better (way easier) to put headers in when the new motor goes in . . .

when the motor is pulled, before the new one goes in, "lay" them in there on the sides, before the motor goes in . . . .

It really doesn't matter . . . run them now . . . pull them later . . . they can't be mounted to the new motor and dropped in at the same time. The motor mounts would be blocked then

alright. now i read somewhere that the pace setter headers from the 5.3 will fit the 6.0????? i just read it, cause i cant seem to find any set of headers. i feel like such a noob with this lsi stuff

yes, they'll fit, but they might hit the ears on the sides of the tranny. There's not too many options to a stock like y-pipe. Just make your own

I,m runnin the pace setter LTs on my 04 , close to front yoke and had custom mid pipes installed fit fine.

i think the lpps are gona work alright i hope, Figured out what cam im gona run. Running vincis "ButtKicker" with some HD valve springs. and a good tune from Corvette Center. And possibly a 2600 stall converter :-D. Also this question is for whoever is running an electric fan set up. what fans are you using?
