49 state. Not being in CA, there is no difference to me. The only reason I'm not just buying the ORY from Jegs is because I'd prefer it be quieter. My GTO got obnoxious when I took the cats off of it. This is going into a 1993 truck that an emissions station won't even look at here, and thats if I was registered to a county that even performed emissions testing. If I were to register to an emissions county, I could STILL just disable the rear O2s and pass the OBDII scan...
