So no Fuse's on that E-bay Kit and it looks like they re-use the factory wiring... What do you do if the relay sticks?

IMO For that kind of money I would rather buy a kit from someone with new wiring and clips or get the OEM fan harness from an 05-07 classic truck. Its integrated in the head lamp harness wiring.

I have used several different harnesses. All ended up melting. I switched to a racetronix set which is really nice. Just buy the fan connectors

Racetronix - Dual Series / Parallel Fan harness

Nice option!!! I purchased a PCMofNC Fan harness. It was pricey but it's nicer than the other kits I have seen.

The biggest thing i found on not burning up the relays on the big 34" fans is the setting the fan delay high enough on fan #2. If you put a clamp meter on the fans when they kick on high from a stop the amps spike big time this is what kills relays and burns up wiring. The low speed setting does not pull alot of amps. So the key is always making the low speed kick on first and delay the high speed by 30-60secs. That way the fans are running on low and at speed prior to going on full blast.
