Default Prescription for tinted glass

My Doc gave me a prescription today, it reads "Please alow (my name) to have tinted windows due to a medical condition"

Apparentl, in CA, not only do I need to have a doctors recommendation but also the permission of the DMV. I was the 4th patient to ask my Doc for this, can you believe that? The DMV has yet approve any of the other 3.

My Doc moved here from back east a few years ago and his first week here he got a tint ticket!

Believe it...,or not!

Ok, i'd be the first to point out how much it sucks here but to be fair, you tell me where else you can be in the mountains skiing and on the beach toasting 4 hrs later?
Yeah, there's too many left-wing, tree hugging hippies around but you get used to them.
