Default MPG in Los Angeles

Hey guys I'm looking for some real world input on what kinda gas mileage you guys are getting driving through LA. By that I mean literally through LA. My drive to work runs from Long Beach to San Fernando usually. I moved here from FL about 2yrs ago and sold my silverado almost immediately after moving. I bought a 02 Camaro SS and I hate it! I miss the hell outta my silverado. I'm looking to buy another one but I want to see how much more I'll be spending in gas first.

I'm looking for input from guys with similiar trucks to a 2000 Silverado/Sierra w/ a 5.3L, 4WD, and stock-ish tires. Its hard to tell mpg from epa estimates b/c LA has a very "unique" traffic flow lol

12-16MPG average

I have gotten as much as 18-20 on the way to and from Vegas.

Depends on how good the gas is were you fill up too.

My Z28's gas mileage wasn't much better than my trucks.
