but on the other hand, if the guy would have just started shooting people then everybody would have cried why he hadnt been stopped when he was seen the first time.
Its a double edged sword either side you try to argue from.
Ive carried open but only during deer season or just out to local town..
99.99999% of the time is concealed, much much less attn from the ignorant folks out there.
