Im looking for a good inside waist band holster for my sub compact xd-40.

 

Uncle Mikes or Black Hawk. In Uncle Mike's my full size Glock was a size 15 and in Black Hawk my Taurus PT 24/7 fits a size 6 nicely

 

I carry my XD SC in an Uncle Mike's size 5 I think, just the black fabric one with a clip. Super simple but it works.

I have used a Supertuck and Galco IWB with a belt loop and liked both but the simplicity and ease of the Uncle Mike's makes it hard to argue with.

 

When I start to CC ill be using a crossbreed supertuck

 

Crossbreed is nice, but I'm not a fan of bare kydex. I much prefer leather against my guns, but kydex is super awesome in the fact that it is rigid and holds its shape. And that's when I found the Silent Thunder line of holsters: leather-lined kydex. Pretty slick if you ask me.

love it, the kydex doesnt hurt the finish much.
not like it matters anyway, its a carry gun not a safe queen.
