WOT question

Any reference to WOT refers to all TP values above the TP that has been set as the the minimum that is considered WOT.
Throttle response(i.e. throttle blade vs pedal position) is also somewhat programmable. And there is a table(not shown here) for max allowed TP vs RPM.

I was just wondering. My tuner has my converter set to not lock at all in WOT, but in third at 4200 RPM it feels and sounds like it's locking. I was curious if WOT was set higher that the TPS was reading, allowing it to lock the verter. I'ts going in for some fine tuning April 8th and I was going to mention this to him. Thanks for all the help.
