Default Wideband issue reading rich while disconnected

I have a PLX Wideband that's reading rich even when its disconnected. Any Ideas or do I need to just buy a new one?

no it just reads 11.2 not matter what. It did this one day going from that to lean then it just stopped really moving. So I bought a new o2 not thinking to check and same results. I can disconnect the WB and it'll still read 11.2.
