Where does this dash connector go?

I'm reinstalling a 2005 dash/instrument panel and have all of the connectors identified and plugged back in except this one. It's above the gauge cluster on the driver's side. Where does it go?

I've got that one already. This one isn't long enough to reach the center of the dash.

It comes from the same area that the headlight/4x4/cluster wiring comes from. I suppose it's possible that this is supposed to go down lower rather than on top of the dash?

Do you already have the 4x4 switch plug??? What about the dome light or fog light's???

I think atomic or somebody had a random/ unused plug in the dash somewhere at some point.

A lot of help, I know.
