Default from what ive heard...

ok i just recently ordered hptuners. well i got 5 guys wanting a tune...... but i only have 8 credits.... if i use those 8 then want to purchase more than more than 6 per year( as they state) is that my limit???????? can i purchase more for gen 3 trucks???? or do i have to tune other vehicles?

as far as I know you can order as many credits as you like or you can license a model year...etc.

Have you ever used the software? It's not like you can just jump in and start tuning, well you can but there is a big learning curve.

I think he means that the learning curve is very big, its not something you can jump into and a couple weeks later be able to tune anyting. Its very involved and time consuming to learn all about it. Have you ever tuned something using any form of tuning software?

Yeah you can purchase as many credits as you want, and there are over 400 'slots' in the interface to store single vcm licenses or tunershop licenses as both only take 1 slot so you could have gen 3 & gen 4 truck tunershop licenses & would only have taken up two slots on our interface.

gotcha well im thinking about just tuning about 5 trucks or so its all in the family so theres no worry. practice makes perfect!

Have you ordered a Wideband yet, if not you should probably get one that can be transfered to and from different vehicles easily
