whats a wideband??? another question..... when i look at the hptuners supported vehicles list. why does it say "99-07 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 4.8, 5.3, 5.7, 6.0, 8.1 Year/Model
Credits (Per Year) 6" is that my limit? or can i buy more than 6 credits? im not looking to buy a bunch at a time im just looking to buy 1 or 2 credits at a time.

A wide-band is a type of oxygen sensor very helpful to tuning properly.

Stick around and read a while, there is a lot of great info for you here!

You can purchase as many credits as you want, and there are over 400 'slots' in the interface to store single vcm licenses or tunershop licenses as both only take 1 slot so you could have gen 3 & gen 4 truck tunershop licenses & would only have taken up two slots on our interface.

You can buy any quantity of credits at any time right through your customer login page. 1 or 1000 it can all be done instantly.

after you use 6 credits on 3 diff trucks all of the same year you get the rest of the trucks of the same year free. as in if you tune 3, 2004 silverado it will cost you 6 credits. if you decide to tune one more 2004 silverado it will not cost anything. you get that year/model licenses. at least thats how it use to be.
