Yea there doesn't seem to be much, but i some difference with the injector settings. Nothing some copying and pasting of tables shouldn't fix.

Yeah, you just need to make sure about that TCM thing...you may need to run the engine on an 02 ECM and the Trans on an 06 TCM....sounds like your in for a bit of reading

Ok, well where is the tcm even located? And could some one else chime in on this just for another opinion.

Next to the ECM from what I recall...not like the NNBS trucks and the 6 speed where its in the trans.

I don't recall seeing one in the 06 that I pulled the engine out of, I still got the truck so I will look and see. I thought the engine and trans were both controlled by the pcm that the engine harness plugs in?
