Default w/b help

i posted this in hp tuners as well but i figured id ask here as well. my lc-1 w/b went hay wire the other day after i tried to use the lm programmer. i was trying to do a free air and re program it cause it was off a little bit. how do i get the lm programmer to work? do i use a serial to usb cable?
if so its not reading that the w/b is there. it is saying "please connect the device to a serial port and switch it on". also included is my logs with the truck running and the truck off with the key on. the w/b readings are all over the place when the truck is on and off. i have had this hooked up and operating for almost a year now with no problems. i might be wrong but i think the readings are messed up because it needs the lc-1 needs to be reprogramed. shed some light please.

the blue and white wires are grounded under the dash. the white wire was grounded to the hp tuners, till the other day. do i need to have hp tuners on before i go to open lm programmer since i have alot of wires going to the mpvi interface. i might try to use a different eio input to see if i messed the tuner up.
