Yeah, no kidding and I have read about a few cases now where that has happened. I figured what the hell if I fry my pcm doing some testing then oh well I can get my hands on another pcm cheap but like I said I dont believe that much if anything at all is to be gained by screwing with any of those tables anyways. Besides if everything else is done right in a tune then the car or truck should perform well without fiddle farting around with little stuff like that but I still am curious to a point.

About the only case I could see it limiting the throttle. For instance if you had trouble hooking you could make it not open all the way until a certain RPM. And it would be much more consistent than working your foot.

Or improving throttle feel by having it come on a little harder at lower pedal %.

Yes it definately could prove to be very useful to people having serious traction issues out of the hole.

That's strange....... I don't have that tab available in my version of HPT. You must have had them enable that for you in a special beta version or something.
