Use 5.3 H.O. tune?

Default Use 5.3 H.O. tune?
I'm thinking about getting HP Tuners soon and I was wondering if I can use a 2005 5.3 HO (L33) tune on my truck. I've heard people say GM got the extra 15 hp on the L33 from tuning while other people say the L33 has different heads, etc. Is it a good idea to use the L33 tune on my truck?

The l33 have more compressionb and a different cam. The tune has less timing it won't make any more power than your stock tune.
