I think I might have found a problem. Looking at BlackGMC's post about auto VE tuning got me to thinking... A long time ago when I was having trouble with my 6.0 I started modifying my tune just like his instructions say. I went to each file that he has listed and turns out I forgot to re-enable B3801 which is the Long term fuel trim correction. It has been on disable this whole time. Not sure if this will make any changes in normal driving or WOT but it's enabled again.

I also opened up the 02 corvette Z06 file that comes with efi live and copied over the main VE table, VE while cranking, and Base spark tables. I already notice a difference in throttle response. No more choking and hesitation. Seems to idle a bit better too with the new base spark tables.
