Default U0101 code after motor swap

So I hooked up the battery last week after about 10 months of it being off. Im getting a U0101 code (miscommunication with TCM) and also the Service Traction Control is on as well. I did some searches and found that some people get this with a low voltage battery, as mine was only at 10 volts when this happened. Got it fully charged, still doing both. I also dont have the small indicator light under what gear the truck is in either with this code coming up. Has anyone had this issue, or have I somehow fried my TCM and need to replace it. I cant crank the truck up like this (from what Ive seen online) as this problem wont let it start up. Any info is greatly wanted and appreciated on this right now.

You need to get a scanner and see if you can establish communication with the pcm and tcm.. First thing I would start doing is going and checking each and every ground point on the block especially the grounds at the rear of the cylinder heads.
If those are solid then follow the trouble tree for the above code and you will find the culprit.

Trouble tree? Not a phrase Ive heard before....

The grounds "should be" good. Only difference in anything with the grounds to the motor, is that the ground going along the pass side valve cover next to the injectors, that bolts to the front of the pass side head, was bolted to the rear of the pass side head. Thats the only thing Ive done with the grounds at all. I dont see that being the issue really, but what do I know. lol

Put a multimeter on pins 6 and 14 of the OBD2 port. Should give you 60 ohms. That will confirm data line continuity throughout the harness.

Actually...where you lengthened your harness to route under the intake, did you make sure to twist the data lines?

The only wires I lengthened were the 8 injector plugs, the evap plug, and the Alt plug. I never touched any other wires. That is why I cant see any of those being the issue, but I could be way off as well.
