Default turn signal/lighting issue

Over the past few days my truck intermittently has had some electrical issues. When the running lights are off my turn signals work fine as soon as the markers or lights are on they either blink fast or don't blink at all on the cluster and outside my tail lights have been acting as turn signals with occasionally the opposite side works along with it fuses are good I'll be checking grounds again other than that I'm stumped

Yes, there's a flasher relay in the dash behind the driver's side fuse panel.

Have you checked the connections on the tail lamp control module under the bed? They get dirt/water in them and everything goes wacky. It looks like a black plate with 4 connectors on it.

Also, you can try pulling out the corner marker bulbs and see if the lights work normally.

The dimmer switch is not supposed to ding if you roll it all the way down. The buzzer is tied to the instrument panel lighting circuit.

I'll have to recheck those grounds and that panel under the bed that your talking about I mean it seems more like a ground issue or that panel rather than the relay but I did get a weird noise from that kick panel area almost like a buzz

You're looking for an EP28 flasher.

Thank you sir. I did end up finding out the issue and I couldn't feel more like an idiot. I cut the excess brackets off my frame including the spare tire assy like one member mentioned with the ground...sure as **** I cut straight through the bitch
