Default Tuning Question

So I currently have a Nelson mail order tune in my truck, and cant complain about it at all. However, I am curious as to how much more power I could make with a live in person tune. Mods on the truck are in my sig.

Depends on who does the live tune.

I see...didnt realize that people varied their tunes so drastically. Would it be worth the time and money to have it done though? Or would any gains be just minor and not noticeable?

dialing in the air fuel, and getting the max power on the fuel that you currently run. yes there is a power advantage.

Agreed, I would say a live tune is your best bet. This is assuming whoever is doing the tune knows what they are doing.

Looks like once my trans finally dies and gets replaced with something better, I'll have to see what all my truck can do. I know of a few highly reputable tuners in the area I could look into.

I would bet on your truck with the mods you have listed the difference would be minimal. Now with FI or some other serious and different mods I am sure it would help. If you can scan your truck and the info to him he can continue to fine tune it.
