Do you use hptuners or EFILive?
If you use HPTuners you are more than welcome to email me the file and I will take a look for you

EFI Live.
Adjust where you want your lock up to be and set your tcc duty cycle max to 99 and min to 90.

That's all I did on mine. Though it is much smaller.

more than likely you need to up the min/max TCC pressures... D2903 and D2904... It is temperature based... I had to up mine a little bit when i added my verter...

Why do you have to up the temp for having a stall. I would like see what you change the temp to as well.

Not up the temp, up the pressure based on temp. Probably not much change needed there unless you are running a big stall like those guys. I would suggest the duty cycle change to 90 min and 100 max is a good idea though.
