Default Tuning for larger tires causes abs problem??

First off all the guys that are going to say "you should have got a custom tune" please don't comment. I've had HPTuners and for my truck a custom tune is not what i need or want a handheld is fine with me, AND the custom tunes are having the same problem (HPT) does at least. Ok i've been doing a lot of reasearch on handheld programmers. I've had hypertech and superchips before. For my 08 Vortec Max i got the U7194 diablosport. I run 87 octane and have no plans to change that so i'm just going to do a mild tune. However I've heard that when you change the truck for 35's with the tuner the abs and e brake light come on. Basically on the nnbs i'm told that if you try to change the tire size up that much the truck won't allow it and it shuts down the abs system. I've heard the problem from hptuners, diablo, edge, and superchips. However i've also heard that superchips, hypertech, and diablosport were ok too on some trucks. As far as i know this is a problem on only nnbs trucks. Can anyone shed some light on this? Also can i just take my truck to the dealer and have them adjust my truck for 35's with their scanner?
