Default Tuning Help Please: E85, MP70, 4.8L, 80lb

After a lot of reading, I still need some help.

Setup:
2004 GMC 4.8, 5speed
Ls6 Cam/Springs
MP70/.81 A/R
Deka 80lb's, 40psi fuel pressure
Walbro 255HP and Kenny Bell Boost a pump, 8an lines tank to rail, return style, boost referenced regulator,ls1 rails.

Truck ran, but some blirps on 93 and scaling the 80's down. Switched to e85 and flashed to 2bar, now all is horrible. I copied my VE and switch A/F over to E85 9.79. Ive tried both maf and SD setup with failing the maf, no luck. Seems crazy rich, but doesn't respond well to taking fuel out on the VE table. I have to keep my foot on it or it dies out.

Also, my LC1 wideband won't power on. I contacted Innovation, there overnighting me a new one, great customer service.

Please take a look at my HPtuner attachments.
Thanks Guys.

How rich are we talking here? -15%- -20% trims/afr error? Are you running closed loop or open loop?

I can help ya out. My first question is have you tested the ethanol content in the E85 or have you had it tested? This is the first thing to identify because I am also currently running E85 and by testing it I have come to find that currently the ethanol content is actually 70% in my area which if that may be your case then the stoich value you entered in your tune is going to cause some problems right from the get go.

For E85 they have the tendency to lower it down around 70% in many areas for the winter time for easier starting in the cold weather. For starters I would have it tested or purchase an ethanol test kit for about $20 and verify the exact amount of ethanol so the stoichiometric value in your tune can be set correctly. Now I am definately not saying that this is your entire problem because I havent seen your tune or a log but if that is not set right to what fuel is in your tank then it certainly isnt helping matters.

Another question is your injector data for those 80's spot on? I am currently at a computer without my hpt software so I cant look at your tune right now.
