Tuning help needed ASAP!!!

We have tuned many trucks ourselves but everything has been NA. Well, we are trying to get the truck ready for the LSX Shootout this weekend. We were planning on getting it dyno tuned this week but it looks like that has fallen through. Now we are in a hurry to get the thing tuned as well as we can with what we have. Here are the mods we did this weekend:
Procharger
6.0 heads
224/230 cam .588 lift
roller rockers.
We are starting with the basic tune to get started. What areas should we concentrate on the most? We are basically just wanting to get it tuned the best we can at WOT. We have never tuned anything FI or cams so we are trying to learn all we can in a very small amount of time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If anyone has a tune with mods that are close to these and wouldn't mind sharing, then that would be a great start for us. I am reading, reading, reading like crazy right now. Thanks in advance.

Like charcold siad, shoot for 11.5. In this time crunch nothing matters as much as air fuel ratio, spark, and shift points....
Are you maf less? 2 bar? size of injectors? how much boost? and any meth/race fuel?

Well, this is a buddy's truck. Its a 2004 I believe. We have it pretty close now. The WB is reading high 11s low 12s. It just has a lean spike about 3500-4 in part throttle and it was going a little lean at WOT. The stft were maxed out when I first looked at it. The tranny is a TH350. It has the MAF and 1 bar....I know, I know...I have told him to upgrade from the 1 bar, but this stuff has just been done. Stock injectors for now. The procharger has a 10lb pulley on it now. No meth/race fuel that I know of.....but I know he has race gas at home. I am just not sure what octane it is.

You are saying less than twenty while at WOT in boost? TM and all the basica stuff is done....it has a TH350 in anyway.

Anyway, I think that it is close enough. He actually wants the motor to let go so he can build a real race combo.

LOL At least take the windshield wiper fluid hose and stick it in the intake tube and fill that bastard up with meth and wire a switch on it or just run the wipers all the way down the track. Stock inj and 10psi is going to be bad news.
