I put the turbo in my Silverado.

Black Bear Tune did the tune for me. Great job also.
But, I seem to be running a little rich. Going with this opinion because I can smell it but that is at a standstill, I also had a buddy trying to keep up with me on the highway and he said he smelled it to.
No longer using the rear O2 sensors and kept the original injectors (flex fuel).
What is available to set the AFR using an add on wideband O2 sensor?
I would like to have a couple settings I can make.
One for performance/towing and one for highway economy.
Is this possible?
I would think, that if set up right, I could see a good improvement in mpg on the highway. Right now, not so much.

Are you running a MAFless setup? that could be another reason why you are running a tad rich as the VE table is never going to be perfect.
If you are running closed loop, check your LTFT's and see how negative they are, if they are higher than -5 then you should recalculate your values in the appropriate tables.
Also check your Power Enrichment and Boost Enrichment settings, black bear might have set it up too early and you are hitting enrichment while on part throttle.
Sorry i could not help more but it could be so many things why you are running so much fuel
