My NGK display is fine, and seems to react well when compared with the analog output. Maybe they upgraded it since you got yours.

Learning a lot here, thanks.

The narrow band O2's I have seen were two wire (not automotive), that clears that up.

The wideband bung would be an option then, if you wanted to monitor and tune the AFR yourself?

Quick question about the PCV.

I know the right valve cover vent line that used to go into the intake has to be routed to the inlet side of the turbo.

The PCV on top of the intake manifold, can it be left in place?
Is it a good enough check valve?
Or will boost get by?

Both valve covers vented to atmosphere. Or run them to a vented catch can. Then you can run a line from the can to the turbo inlet.

Thanks Blue,
I got a catch can from ebay.
I would assume that now I remove the PCV and plug the opening.

Confirmation and help from the brain trust.....

I routed the BOV to the front of the manifold. Assuming if the throttle body closes, the vacuum will help actuate the BOV.

The right bank vent line used to go into the intake tube, I routed it over the manifold and picked up a line that used to go to the location where I connected the BOV (is this a crankcase vent? It comes up from the back of the left bank), using a tee I then went to the tube that was connected in the center of the manifold, picked it up with another tee and plugged the line to the manifold. From there I went to the catch can. The 3/8 line fit snug into the fittings on the catch can which were for a 5/8 id line.
From the catch can I went to the elbow on the intake after the MAF.

Turbo oil drain connection.
I had a lot of room at the top of the front cover to make a connection.
Being very careful and using a lot of grease while working slowly I managed a hole in the top of the case that I threaded to 1/2" NPT (once again, using a lot of grease).
