Default Tuning around battery voltage changing

i cant for the life of me seem to get this right. My truck changes battery voltage it seems daily, some days its 14.3-14.8 other days its 12.5-12.7 Everytime i get my tune dialed in it seem the next day when voltage is different AFR's are way off again

i have all the injector settings for my injectors from FIC, i could understand it going a little different but this seems to change 1 full point or more

I know its normal for these trucks to change voltage, but is there anyway to make it stop and just sit at 1 constant voltage? I feel like ill never get my VE table right this way

Not sure if i can put a different year alternator on or what i can do but im to the point where im tired of messing with it and its not even fun to drive cause its not consistent .

Any suggestions?

Which injectors are they? Assuming the voltage correction data for the injectors is correct, shouldn't that account for any variations in voltage?

Brand new 72lb Bosch from FIC, with data. That is my understanding that the battery voltage offset should account for it and make it right but that is not the case

Sounds to me like the offset data is not as right as they think.

Thats how i kinda feel but dont know enough about it to fix it. Will adding to those tables make it richer or leaner?.

added my tune and the injector data i was given. I noticed that my offset table only goes up to 80kpa is that normal?

it wont let me attach the excel sheet so heres the link

Try it both ways....if adding to it helps, keep adding until its fixed. If taking away helps try doing that. Start with like 15% one way or another and see what happens.

I am going to guess that you're going to need to add to it. I do not have my computer look at your current table.

Yea i need to figure something out or find a way to get my charging system to stay at same rate, not sure if theres a way to stop it or not.

I would think something is wrong with either your battery or your alternator. The regulator should hold voltage right at 13.8v at normal load. Going higher than 14v means the regulator thinks the battery is weak (or high load), going lower than 13v means the regulator is straight up failing.

12.3 - 12.8v is battery voltage (indicates either extreme load or failing alternator)
13.3 - 14.2v is your normal alternator activity range
14.2v+ is generally reserved for when the alternator is the sole power source for the vehicle (the battery is below 65% or so charge and the output voltage is below operational standards)

for 05+ this is normal its to "save fuel" alternator only goes full charge when battery needs help, other than that it goes into a power saving mode

I thought it was something wrong to originally but after reading up its normal
