Even if it was a live tune, is it the tuners job to diagnose an unrelated problem?

 

to an extent yes... he is tuning the vehicle, so the tuner needs to put the effort in to make sure he does the job right. I guess thats the difference between the top end of shops and just everyone else... I prefer to use the top end guys for my stuff these days.

 

Thanks for the replys guys I got the injectors from a guy on here I'll have to look to see who it was, I don't understand how it can be the injectors when it's drivable on one tune and not the other, by top end guys what do you mean I thought about sending all the scan cable and there ECM back get my security deposit back and get a dyno tune but I don't know of any good tuners around me

 

How far is Klug from you? I would see him. Seems like a great guy to deal with.

Yep it's been a pain for me too it takes three days before they reply to a email not impressed with there customer service!! All other parts manufacturers get back the same day if not hrs later!! What's going on with them??

i thought it was an .hpt file sorry.. but it seems the injectors were sized improperly ? or the pulsewidths are too low..who knows.
