You can try changing the security/VATS to (PWM.)
I had tried a tune with the VATS set to (serial) and truck wouldn't start.

ok the truck runs now but the shift pressure is way too high, the gas gauge is bouncing around, it's hitting the rev limiter and the real thing i don't know how to fix is the battery light keeps flashing...it's in the message center thing like he security light and it won't stop flashing????
