My brothers truck threw a bunch of codes the other day. Anybody have any ideas what these mean or why they might be happening?

I had a u1000 code come up when I cut a a wire in the big loom on the drivers side firewall. Its near the steering shaft. You might have a plug loose or disconnected judging by all the codes you have set.
