you have headers? those codes are pretty common when you put headers on or make it so that the o2's are further down stream or get less heat. (common defined as, spotty. Some people see them all, only a couple, maybe one but not the other. But definitely one of those)

The headers don't look aftermarket, I just bought the truck so I'm not 100% sure on what has been done to the truck. What do you suggest I do to fix the problem?

171 and 174 are lean codes. Fuel trims are over +20%. Put a fuel pressure gauge on it. I bet it is real low.
