Default Th400 and no speedometer

Put a th400 in my rcsb and would like a speedometer. What's available I've seen a few different control boxes but figured I'd ask before I pull the trigger.
Thanks for the help
Ryan

Call your nearest gm dealer and order a speed sensor, reluctor wheel and electrical pigtail harness for a 1988-90 c1500 4.3 v6 TH-400 auto tranny or if that confuses them tell them a 90 model SS454 with 400 auto tranny.
Pull the tail housing remove the worm gear drive and chunk the drive sender. Heat the tone ring up with a torch then carefully slide it on. Install the sender into the tail housing wire it up and ready to go all GM parts.

easiest way is to just use the front ABS sensor and have the revs per mile corrected to match the correct speed of vehicle

no reason what so ever to over think and spend more money then needed

Use part numbers check ebay. I have a brand new gm speed sensor been ratting it back last 20 years for this reason. For that rainy day project.
