Default Testing injectors??? High LTFT's

What is a good way to test fuel injectors without HP tuners? I have Auto Tap to log but thats it.

I just started getting high LTFT's in the 15% range. They used to be -1.6%. My STFT's are low, they vary from -1.6% to 3% but never higher.

I have done all of the checks I can think of, plugs, wires, MAF, vacuum leaks etc. I do not get any codes but what else could it be?

What are you trying to test? If they are working or not?

Well I am trying to see if one is not working as it should. My guess is it is not an injector as my AFR's are good at WOT.

I am kind lost as to what could be causing my LTFT's to go up so much at idle. I cannot find anything at fault.
