Default TCC help on T42, ASAP!

I'm really struggling with this... I've tuned 2 nnbs trucks with stalls now and they BOTH are locking the TCC at WOT in third gear, at about 100-105 mph... I have the TCC lockup speed from 60%-100% TPS set @ 400 mph, but its still locking! Any ideas?

I'm on my cell at work right now, but I'll post the tune files later tonight.

It's definitely locking, or shifting into 4th, if the guy comes by again I'll videotape it and post it up. I'm completely baffled about this, like I said, this is the second nnbs truck with a stall that I've tuned, and they're both doing it! I'm so frustrated about it cuz I can't figure it out!
