Tail Light doesn't come on until braking..

Default Tail Light doesn't come on until braking..
The passenger side tail light is completely dark until I hit the brakes. Then the bulb will light up.. How would I fix this?

New bulb. One of the filaments is burned out.

I have put three bulbs in it and still does the same thing.

Yes all the fuses are good. The only thing it could be is the actual wire right?

You could test it with a voltmeter see if its getting power.

Its the wireing. I had a freind with a similar issue. check your connections at the light first. I have seen the sockets have issues and the junction under the bed have poor connection issues.

I don't know what wire it is. There are three wires going to that particular bulb. Any idea?

Should I just run a jumper wire from the drivers side bulb?

turn the light system on. go back and wigle the wires see if one lights it up.

Yea they the bulb still doesn't come on. I also disconnected the plug from under the truck and everything seemed fine.

Any more ideas?
