Default Surging - Cruise control?

I get a bit of surging between 65-70 usually. Seems to only happen when My cruise control is on. If i shut it off and keep the throttle about the same it does not happen.
Any ideas.?

It acts like the converter unlocked and that i floored it for a fraction of a second and then backed out and locked again.

If you need more pids let me know which ones

BTW the AFR is richer than this shows. For some reason the logs show a bit leaner than the gauge.

Try disabling DFCO completely, take a drive if the surging is gone then you need to work on your DFCO settings...

My truck with DBW did it stock and after tuning, its just the sensitivity of the DBW trying to stay at a constant speed. Mine would do it really bad while pulling my boat on a decline.

Yea it's down hill when it's the worst. It'll do it on level ground with the wind behind me too.
I think maybe the converter unlocks and then the cruise gives too much fuel trying to go again and causes a surge until the verter locks again

if it does it more on decel then its usually dfco. mine is aggressive so it will do that. not many hills in south louisiana to worry about that though. when we went to the mountains last year it was a whole different story.

Just turn your DFCO off and leave it off. I did and I'm still getting 20mpg. To me it's not worth having on for the non-existant fuel savings.
