Southern Guys, anyone used Jon Weeks or XXX in Pensacola?
My truck has had a mailorder from Allen Nelson for this past year, and its has been great. But I dont want to go 11 hrs for an in person tune.. So Jon weeks is local to me and he said he can tune it... I know he is Great on LS cars, but anyone used him on their truck.. Thanks

i used Geoff @ eps in baton rouge because john works part time and not always available to retune or touch up if necessary, everytime I call Geoff he answers! Just my .02

I actually ended up back at rwtd and letting James tune it.. that was back in October of last year and now he has shut down and sold his dyno. So now I'm back in the market for anew tuner.. and have had no luck with someone I'm comfortable with. So I think my new tuner will be .... MYSELF lol

Stay as far the hell away from John weeks as you can.... As a matter of fact, John is no longer part owner or even a part of XXX motorsports. Brad is still there and he is a great ford tuner, but does not touch any LS1 stuff. John is now working the counter at advance auto parts and tuning on the side. Few years back he smoked the motor on my procharged GTO. After the engine was blown and rebuilt, chuck from HPE pulled the tune and by the fueling tables and trims chuck said no way in hell the AFR was any less than 12.5:1
In addition, the motor was a 9.5:1 compression forged 370 and was running 15lbs of boost. Chuck also found in the timing tables that it had 20+ degrees of timing at the top.... was tuned for pump gas 93 by John weeks...

actually john only tunes now and to say he sucks at tuning is an idiot remark man. He has tuned several of my friends cars and mine a few different times and nothing bad has come from it. John is a damn good tuner and a good friend of mine also
