Might I ask why your TPS is at 6-7% while you're ilding? Is that what DBW vehicle do?

Anywho, you're only at 37-38kpa at idle. What kind of cam do you have in there? If you don't have one, then a compression test might be in order.

Also why aren't you using a 2bar OS?

I sit at 5-6% TPS at idle and 8% at cold startup. FWIW

So it must be a DBW thing.

I bought a compression test kit last night at Sears. I will try to get to it this weekend. I also pulled the plugs out last night and the TR6's looked good. I did notice that the mechanic that put them in for me didn't gap to my specifications and most of the plugs were .40 or so. Truck does run better today but still doesn't have that full crisp throttle response. I know miles has nothing to do with it, just kicking myself in the *** for messing with a perfectly good truck. Another thing is when I do a HPT scan on DTC's the evap system and oxygen sensors come up incomplete. Evap not worried about but could the o2's have something to do with the current conditions? (I am by far no mechanic, excuse my lack of knowledge).

When i did my tranny swap, i had comm errors with evap and 02 sensors. Do you have headers, cuase if you do the rear 02's don't heat up quick enough and throws a code. Just turn your rear 02's off with HPT and it will solve that light coming on, if you have a light.

I don't have headers, but I was thinking about turning off a few things because the evap system was installed back the way sts recommended. The lights been on for a while.

Have you gotten to the bottom of your rough idle?

I have to explain a little better i think, the truck idles fine with no stutters. A good example would be like a boat with 2 motors. When you are in perfect rpm sync you hear a stedy smooth humm. But when 1 is a tad off sync you hear a bobble type sound. Well that's what it sounds like from the truck and didn't sound that way prior to install. I had a guy from FBC take a ride a while back and he did something with timming that seemed to fix the problem. Then when he unhooked I noticed it again. The truck is perfectly driveable but doesn't feel crisp what so ever. Sorry if I'm confusing anyone. I just want to get this thing corrected. Waiting on Allen to send back my retune. I was just hoping something was visable in my log.
