ses light came on today
i 've got a '99 tahoe 5.7. code 1441-evaporative emissions system malfunction. according to my cheapy harbour freight code reader anyway. egr has been replaced. where should i start. emissions parts are expensive.

Possible causes:
A leaking EVAP purge solenoid
A grounded EVAP purge solenoid driver circuit
