Hello. So truck is a 2006 Silverado with a ly6. Has hptuners with the vats turned off. The ecu is a new one that did not come with the truck. The truck cranks over for about 3 seconds then the starter signal gets cut off. The security light is on in the dash. I tried the 10min x 3 time security relearn but after 15 minutes the security light is still on.

Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations?

 

PCM VIN is wrong.

 

how do i reset that? or can i relink the vats in hptuners?

 

Shut vats off in pcm

 

We tried that with no luck.

 

Try again.....once vats are set to none...the vehicle has ni care what pcm is used

so got the vats light off....
