I am thinking of purchasing a Autotap w/ GM enhanced data and EFI Commerical Flashscan or get the EFI Live Flashscan Commerical scan and tune from Wait4Me Performance, both will cost about $850.

I know the scan tool from EFI live will work for any LSx based truck but will it work for the older Vortec engines (96-99)?

I have looked at the list of parameters that Autotap w/ GM enhanced data will do, is it the same for the EFI scan?

Is it possible to scan Ford or Chrysler vehicle with EFI scan?
