Default s/c tuning for mpg?

So I'm making a Texas trip soon, and I'm thinking of pulleying up from my 3.4 to a bigger one, and tryiing to "optimize" my tune for best mpg since it's 2364 miles round trip. I wonder if the pulley will make a difference at all while cruising.

I'm gonna start my setting my PE to 50%, but after that, I don't know if there is anything else I can do to bump up the mpg. Any suggestions?

Keep it between 1800-2000 RPM, that will give you the most MPG cruising.
