Running lean

My truck started running lean a few months ago. The fuel pump had been whining for a while so I figured that was the problem. Replaced it and ran fine for a day. Since then its gone back to running lean. Afr is in the 15's. Set the afr to 14.3 and no change. I am running on an open loop tune. Fuel pressure at idle is 50psi and 60 with vacuum hose off. New fuel pump and filter.

2000 chevy 6.0 lq9 swap. Ran fine for over 2 years.

15 @ WOT or at cruise ????

If at cruise thats good for fuel mileage.

15's from idle to cruise. I got a heavy truck and at 15, I lose mileage. I havent done WOT because I'm afraid it will be too lean. If I'm commanding 14.3, it shouldn't be in the 15's.
