Default retune please

i have an 08 GMC CCSB 5.3 A4 3:42 G80
my mods are in my sig, i had my truck tuned for what i have and im Extremely unhappy!!!
i went from 16.4 to a 16.07 WTF? it takes forever to start moving when i stall the truck at the track. ok, i understand a lag but damn my 60ft is 2.5x everytime and thats even if i red light. my shift points suck, i dont know if my tq is turned off. i love how firm my shifts are but i have a shift kit and servos waiting for my stall. i understand gears and a cam will help greatly but damn i seen a CC on 20s go 15.4 and he didnt have headers or efilive. wtf?? please help or anyone in BR hammond and maybe new orleans areas willing to retune my truck and get me way better results, then id Greatly appreciate it

if you want a decent take off in a 08 ccsb then get rid of those 3.42 gears, that is killing it.Also look into a 3000 stall converter to help get that heavy thing off the line. You are not gonna pull 2.0 60 ft times in a 08 crewcab with those gears trust me.LOL

yeah i know thats why im leaning towards 4:30s but thatd be dumb bc i wanna supercharge later so ill need a lil taller gear an ill be happier on the highway.
im looking at a circle d 3000 in the for sale section so maybe thatll come through then on to gears an a cam. i just think theres way more in my truck than what the tunes letting me get

What were you expecting? That time sounds about right especially in the heat.

You aren't going to run 14s with just a tune.

my 01 went 16.4 stock, went to 15.7 untuned, 15.0x on 20s with 3:42s an one wheel peel with the same mods my 08 has.
i expected a decent time. i sunk 1,000.00 in it an it got .4 sec gain

damn, you should be at least into the 14's with those mods. When you are running at the track is it hot and humid?

you need gears. I used to think cruising over 2000 was a big deal on the highway, but it isn't. Mileage went down 2-3 on the highway. Not a big deal. It's still 20 mpg.

I can see those times being a little slow, but let's not forget it's a crew cab. get some gears in there, and get it tuned again.

Who tuned it as of now?
