I installed the 20's that were on my truck into the wife's denali and now I have a constant and anoying tire pressure alarm. The wheels have a built in air stem so the factory sensors couldn't be used. Can it be removed with HP tuners, or a fuse?

tarinitup, you said "the wheels have a built in air stem so the factory sensors couldn't be used."
What do you mean by that?
You took the 20's off your truck and put them on the wife's Denali that is supposed to have the TPMS sensors and now the Denali is triggering the Low Tire Pressure light because it's not reading any sensors...right? How come you didn't take the sensors out of your wife's Denali and put them into the 20's? Perhaps the answer to my first question will answer my 2nd question.
Looking briefly through your photobucket account I did not see any identifying pictures that show exactly where the valve stem is in that 20" Antera wheel. Is the valve stem in the barrel of the wheel? Or how do you air up your tires? If the valve stem is not in a convenient place where a TPMS sensor could be placed, check with your local tire shop and ask about the TPMS sensors held on by metal bands, much like a hose clamp with the 8mm hex-screw you tighten to tighten the clamp around the rubber hose. The metal band goes around the entire wheel, holding the small sensor to the inside of the wheel between the two bead lips.
This system is typically found on Ford rims, usually Explorers Eddie Bauer Edition, Expeditions, Mustangs and various Lincolns with TPMS sensors and fancy wheels. You can use this type of band clamp sensor if you get the GM style of sensor and reprogram the computer to recognize the new sensors. ALL Discount Tire stores have this reprogramming ability, as I do this probably once a week when customers want specialty rims on their vehicles that do not support the typical TPMS sensor through the valve stem hole in the wheel.

I have to remove the hub cap and air up the tires through a small valve stem that is built into the wheels next to the lug nuts. I didn't have the sensors moved cause I figured it would be easy to turn the light off.

To remove the factory TPMS system on a pre-'08 truck (it's illegal after '08) you replace the RCDLR - in your case the passenger window switch. When the dealer reprograms it, tell them to reprogram it without the TPMS option. Voila. No more light.
