Default rear o2 sim delete question

When I get my rear o2 sensors deleted, do I still need to leave my o2 sims plugged in, or can I take them off and plug up the o2 sensors back like they were stock?

After I take the o2 sims off, do I need to re-connect the o2 sensors back into the o2 harness like the stock set-up or do I need to leave them unplugged?

you can leave them unplugged or plug them back in, it doesn't make any difference.
