quick tuning question

instead of bothering allen with stupid questions ill bother you guys
since i got my truck tuned i have changed my stock throttle body to a shaners s2, taken off my helix throttle body spacer and replaced my descreened MAF with a screened MAF. are those mods worth retuning? i noticed that i dont get the 1-2 chirp that i used to get...
also, my truck was street tuned. the day i got my tune my mirror was reading 100*. does weather effect the outcome of the tunes at all?

yeah, when allen was tuning my truck he was having to fight the MAF because it didnt have a screen. he said that he set something in the middle so there would be a nice little median when i got my new MAF and it would work out. do you have to buy HP or ls1edit to log stuff or is there a cheaper alternative?

Yes weather always effects the tune. That is why we have so many tables in the pcm that are referenced and calculated due to temps of different things like coolant temp, air inlet temp ect... Gm had to make it so we could drive in any condition.
