Default Questions on my tune

Well when I put my headers on about 3 months ago I got a tune shortly after by thunder racing in baton rouge. Well it really wasn't what I was expecting. It was a basic tune and not just a custom tune.he said it didn't need to be custom because all these trucks are pretty much the same. But it didn't feel any better than any other handheld programmer that IV had. I went to the track ASAP after to see how much the headers and tune helped my time and it dropped .5 or half a second from my best time before. Is that about right or could I do much better from a custom tune by black bear or something.

.5 is a good gain for Lt's and an adjusted tune. You might be able to get a tenth or two but nothing worth re-tuning it.

If you start doing something like cam or head swap then you will deffinatly want something more customized

So what did it run?
