Possible incomplete tuning? or incapable tuner?

I will see if I can find a way to get ahold of the tune so I can post it for you guys, I'll email the guy that tuned it and see how that works out.

But I feel like I probably should not take my truck back to him should it, based on his apparent lack of effort when tuning it.

Injector Duty Cycle. My tuner was able to tune my LQ4, with only a CIA and Cat Back Exhaust, and max out my stock injectors. Did you upgrade to bigger injectors or are you still running stock injectors? May not even be your problem, but your tuner should be able to look at what he did last and tell you what the IDC% was.
